This community plant stand is named for our sweet boy, Hudson.
We were foster parents for this big, wonderful boy for over a year. He was a hard case to adopt being an older cat at about six, and a diabetic that needed insulin 2 times a day. When the perfect people came along and wanted to meet Hudson, we knew that we could never let him go and adopted him that day. He had his forever home.
Hudson was a grumpy grandfather to litter after litter of foster kittens and puppies. Taking it all in stride. He would grab and clean the stinky ones, sit with and comfort the sick ones, and play with everyone else. He was a true gentleman that loved to be in the thick of things.
Tragically, Hudson crossed over the rainbow bridge six short months after we adopted him. A sudden ending that shook our family. Our joy came from knowing that HE KNEW he was in his forever home before he left us. A special boy who left this life far too soon. We love you Hudson.
