Video replay services are provided by Pursuing X. Here are a few FAQs about your replays.
What happens after I buy a ticket?
After purchase, you will receive two emails. The first is a receipt for your purchase. The second email will come from Marketing@PursuingX.com. That email will have your login URL and password to the Contact in the Desert portal.
When will I get my video replays?
We will be adding videos every day at the end of each day. We will do our very best to have all of your videos available by Friday, June 6, 2025. You can access the portal at any time and see the videos as they are uploaded.
What devices can I use to watch?
You can view the videos from any Internet connected device. You can listen from your smartphone, laptop, home computer (both Windows or Mac) tablet or smart TV.
You can access the portal from multiple devices, but not at the same time.
How do I watch my videos?
Your videos are going to be available on the CONTACT IN THE DESERT Portal. This easy-to-use portal allows you to access every part of the event. You will have access to special features, images, and bonus footage you won't get anywhere else.
